嚴格來講呢個唔係一個體位(Asana),係一個鎖印法(Bandha),配合調息法(呼吸)(Pranayama)去做
注意:需要空肚做, 食飽會嘔咖

𝐔𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚 (腹貼背)功效:
可以強化腹部器官,增加胃火,
清除消化道的有毒物質,清腸胃排清毒素,
排得清肚腩就會無。

𝐍𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢 (腹肌分離式)功效:
除咗上面嘅好處仲可以強化腹直肌

𝐔𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐚 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬:
It tones the abdominal organs, increases the gastric fire and eliminates toxins in the digestive tract.

𝐍𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬:
The abdominal recti are strengthened. The other effects of Nauli are the same as those of Uddiyana Bandha.

肌肉有記憶,我之前考試要考蓮花座+Nauli,日日瞓醒空肚練習,可能努力左一個月先成功🤭
